After the sad and unexpected passing of my dad at home, I called any funeral directors local to me and had him picked up - the service I received was not great so I had him moved and taken into the care of Thomasons who came recommended. What a difference in the service & care both mum & I received. From the first phone call to every contact with both Hannah & Phil, they were compassionate, caring, loving & ever so thoughtful. Dad's day went to plan & I truly felt like they were part of it with us. dads ashes are still with them now until we get the sanctum arranged. nothing was too much trouble and price was right too.
